The most fun way
to do some last minute shopping. This is an agile bike with 20" wheels
and front and rear suspension. The suspension increases the available amount
of road-surface, improves road-holding and braking, and offers much more
comfort.
The bike was designed in '87 and has
been available -in limited quantities-from 1991. The majority wound up
in Germany and Switzerland, but they can be found as far as Japan. I prefer
the bike without accesoiries, but all frames come equiped with mounting
points for lights, propstand, mudguards, front-
and rearcarriers and a waterbottle. Most frames are built up with a
racing groupset and MTB handlebars and brakelevers. Sachs 3*7 is also popular,
but a hubgear without chaintensioner is not possible.

suspension |
Swingarm
with antidive, active suspension with lots of hydraulic damping, 2" of
travel and little stiction. The geometry of the swingarm (up and away)
is very good on bumps. The pistonrods of the dampers are protected by the
MCU springs, The damper pivots on maintenance free silent-blocks, and the
pivots are constructed with teflon coated bushes which can easily be replaced.Cantilever
