instructions on how to construct or repair a frame without welding

note: use gloves etc, epoxy is nasty stuff
 

• prep surface of tubes: clean, sand, degrease etc
• position tubes in jig, connect with rivets or glue in place prior to wrapping
• cover a board with plastic sheeting
• lay carbon or E-glass tape on the board and saturate with epoxy (use brush and or squeegee)
• wrap tape around joint
• wrap joint with heat shrink plastic
• let joint cure, heat helps
• sand, fill and paint to taste
